On October 6 and 7, 2026, we had the pleasure of designing and operating an exclusive cultural and gastronomic experience in Lima for 30 participants of the CASIO LATAM Distributor Meeting 2026.
Our specially curated program, “Lima entre Sabores y Patrimonio” (Lima Through Flavors and Heritage), invited participants to discover the Peruvian capital through its history, traditions, gastronomy and warm hospitality.
Organized across two days, with 15 participants per day, the experience combined authentic local encounters, interactive activities and some of Lima’s most iconic cultural attractions.
Discovering Barranco: Where Art and History Meet
Our journey began in Barranco, Lima’s most artistic and bohemian district, renowned for its colorful streets, historic architecture and vibrant creative atmosphere.
The first stop was Ciclos Café, a specialty coffee shop where participants explored the richness of Peruvian coffee through a live brewing demonstration and tasting session, paired with locally produced chocolate.
More than a coffee break, this was an opportunity to appreciate Peru’s coffee-growing heritage, meet passionate local specialists and discover the flavors behind one of the country’s finest products.
Participants also received a small package of Peruvian coffee as a souvenir of the experience.
The journey continued with a guided walk through Barranco’s charming streets, including the iconic Bridge of Sighs, where history and local traditions provided a memorable introduction to Lima’s cultural identity. They say that if you cross it for the first time, you’re granted one wish to become true and it must be wished while crossing it and holding your breath. At the end you will release the air, just like a sigh.
A Hands-On Introduction to Peru’s Signature Cocktail
No culinary journey through Peru would be complete without discovering its most celebrated cocktail: Pisco Sour.
At the elegant Hotel B Relais & Chateaux, participants enjoyed an interactive cocktail-making experience guided by a professional bartender. They learned about the history and distinctive characteristics of pisco before preparing their own Pisco Sours.
The activity offered a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, encouraging interaction among participants while celebrating one of Peru’s most beloved traditions.
Exploring 5,000 Years of History at Museo Larco
Our next destination was Museo Larco, one of Lima’s most remarkable cultural landmarks and one of the Best Museums in South America.
Through a privately guided visit, participants explored an extraordinary collection of pre-Columbian artifacts, discovering the artistic achievements, traditions and heritage of ancient Peruvian civilizations.
The museum provided a fascinating journey through more than 5,000 years of history, highlighting the cultural richness that makes Peru such a unique destination.
Following the visit, guests enjoyed a three-course lunch at Café del Museo Larco, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the historic architecture of an 18th-century colonial mansion. This setting offered the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy Peruvian cuisine and share impressions of the day’s discoveries.
Lima’s Pacific Coast: A Scenic Finale
To complete the experience, the program continued toward Miraflores, one of Lima’s most emblematic coastal districts.
A panoramic drive along the Miraflores waterfront introduced participants to the capital’s remarkable relationship with the Pacific Ocean. With its dramatic coastal cliffs and ocean views, this final stop offered another perspective on Lima’s beauty and an opportunity to capture memorable photographs before returning to the hotel.
